Brilliant Health Scheme…. very clear instructions on how to claim… always on the end of a phone with any queries… excellent benefits when required … lots of people I know would recommend….online claims really easy only taking minutes, much less hassle than posting a claim…really pleased with everything!
This company’s online portal for claiming has been down for weeks. They take days or weeks to respond to email enquiries. If you call you get a stock response about clearing your cache – which clearly isn’t the issue. SORT IT OUT!
