Motor Insurance: Car was stolen but esure only paid out what they deemed the vehicle to be worth, rather than the estimated vehicle value that it was insured for. A not insignificant difference, leaving me out of pocket. Take over 90 minutes to answer phones when dealing with the claim.

Wanted to switch cars midway through the property. Wanted to charge me £700, whereas they quoted £500 on a price comparison site. Rang them (horrific automated system). Took bloody 40 mins and just because I missed a direct debit even with what everyone is going through they made me make a payment in full which i think is out of order. I took a policy with esure as they allow you to make changes on line. But actually you can’t you have to phone up and pay an admin fee every time. I knew I was going to change a lot this year and thats why I took it out. It has ended up costing me £100’s more than the original quote.
