Reception staff completely ignore you until they’re ready in their own time to acknowledge you.

I waited over an hour to receive my second vaccine dose, which I had booked, only to be told after the full hour of waiting that I was not eligible. Even if it was the NHS system that made the mistake, I should’ve been told sooner in the process. Very frustrating!

There is a community garden called Meadow Orchard behind the Health Centre. It is open on Saturday’s between 12.00 and 4.00 but often open later. This is a beautiful tranquil space. Partly gardened but mostly wild. The Health Centre is good too.

Nurses of blood examples and flu vaccines need to be more polite.
