I’m just a new patient at Solway Health Services, so far I have been treated well & the staff have all been very friendly & helpful. There’s a shortage of Dr’s everywhere across Cumbria & the rest of the country, which is a shame. Hopefully more people will train as Dr’s & Nurses to help the ailing NHS.

Internal signage is confusing and the reception is often either unstaffed or unfriendly. However the facility it’s self is fantastic.

Quick to be seen treated then new appointment. Always friendly and helpful

Terrible lack of staff,rang to cancel appointment, answer machine only,saying nobody here.
