Wirral Council reviews

Three months this bin had been in the street. I have written to the council talk to the bin man about it to which apparently is not in their list. Still there, overflowing with litter. A disgrace.

Disgusting service. Am here on vacation to see my elderly ill parents and you cant even empty the bins. If they not happy doing their job..then get another one. Everyone is struggling financially so muscle up buttercups n stop jumping on the strike band wagon.

Absolutely discusted with the telephone answering service placed in a cue to be told I’m number 5 and will be answered in 4 minutes only to be still on hold 45 minute’s later and moved to position 2 maybe you should use some of the money collected in fines and employ more than one phone operator

tried endlessly to get them to take my council tax. online forms don’t work, online chat never manned. Phoning them is a nightmare. Even went to the offices and asked for help.

Phone no not in use!!!!!!! Also road search typed in goes back to nothing absolute rubbish system

Any number I call cuts me off after recorded messages.

Simplest one word to sum up wirral council is (outrageous)

Just look around over spend and nothing gets done
