Apparently I’m due in today but have had no correspondence at all since the last time I was there. Trying to contact the number to find out a time of the hearing no answer from any option on the phone number provided. How am I supposed to arrange my solicitor turning up with no information. Extremely poor service.

I have tried emailing, and endless calls pressing every option in the hope to speak to someone other than a automated message, not one of them connects. There isnt even an option to wait in a calling que, just cuts you off

Attempted to phone at a wide variety of times and days to ensure the council had cancelled my court session (did not process my payment so sent a summons, frankly didn’t trust them to cancel it). I never once managed to speak to anybody. I tried every menu option with the hope of being transferred and no luck. Waste of time.

Absolutely shocking, I’ve been ringing this office for 3 weeks, 3 times a week and not a chance of actually speaking to anybody. I’ve also sent 3 emails still no response, absolute joke.

I thought I was going mad! Tried 100s of times to contact and got nowhere via email and phone. Just looked at the reviews and realised everyone has the same issue.

Tried every option atleast 10 times a day for 2 days in a row. Same reply “operators are currently busy at the moment, please try again later.” is this place even open?!

Joke!! Can’t even get through to speak to anyone. Won a court case and the women was ordered to pay me. Haven’t received a payment in 4 months and can’t get through to the court as there the ones that are supposed to send the money every month.

Its a joke tried everything phone email and nothing back…they are quick to deal with a case in your absence….when you have tried everything to contact them to say you can’t make it because I was not well to attend

wirral magistrates might as well rename themselves wirral lodge, because that’s all they appear to be. A corrupt, selfserving joke where decisions are made in advance of trials based on malicious gossip by local masons. This court should be closed down.
