I don’t think they want people to call, recorded voice notes, tried and waited, till given up, 5 hours of my life i’m never getting back
I attended a hearing on the 23rd. Very friendly and helpful staff. Usher Jane did a fantastic job and answered many questions asked by myself and my support person. It can feel intimidating going to court but it made the experience better being greeted by friendly staff.
Poor phone service
Telephone service is extremely poor. Why is my call repeatedly turned away with no opportunity to join a queue? I need to make an urgent enquiry about a divorce. Put more staff on answering the phone. PUT MORE STAFF ON ANSWERING THE PHONE.
Recorded message – gave up waiting especially as it’s a premium rate number. Not even worth 1 star rating but you don’t give an option for zero
Staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
7 weeks of non stop calling.. no answer ??
Friendly staff, seen straight away and out again in 5 minutes.
