I feel they have lost the community aspect that Wolverhampton Council gave to its tenants. We are feeling the cut backs and excepted the changes but I have no confidence, that in my communication with them are jst words on a screen for them to interpret as they wish.

I spent an hr and 35 minutes on hold to have the call dropped. Because of the incompetent staff, I now have to take my whole day just to get my council tax bill.

Wolverhampton gives any old driver a taxi license even if they use them over 100 mile away. Obviously the rules for Wolverhampton must be very lax or an insider is given a below the table pay check from licensees. Something dodgy going on with this council, stay clear!
