wonderful building.very proactive road safety group partnership aiming to drive down death and injury on Hertfordshire roads. lose one star for the serco parking guy. not his fault there is no parking. But lack of flexibility and compromise isn’t really helpful.

Would rather house economic migrants than anyone who has lived in the county all their lives paying taxes into the system

Dont trust there OT services.

I would give them zero stars but that is not possible. Teying to contact council officers is impossible and they often ignore emails or fail to meet the dealine for replys. The faults helpline is the worst with the operators poorly trained and not knwing how to deal with complaints.

Hertfordshire County Council have little regard for residents of Hoddesdon. By way of permitting overnight works for High Leigh Garden Village, closing Lord Street and trying to get an incinerator built here.

In these difficult times of self isolation I was still able to go and enjoy the countryside, thanks to the wonderful foot paths that are maintained so well by the council.

Used hcc website to report pothole 3 months ago Told its under review will be looked at soon..Whats the point in reporting defects if they do nothing about it!!! Update 2 months later, nothing done!

Too many times have this council failed in its duty of care to the public, especially hoddesdon residents. It needs serious improvement.
