The reception staff are rude, unfriendly and always in a bad mood, ready for confrontation. Staff /management seem to be offsite all the time, messages left are never returned. Staff seem to forget their tenants pay for their salary, they have a very intimidating attitude, very unhelpful!
If you get offered a place with them DO NOT ACCEPT!! They do not know how to deal with situations correctly and they have rude staff!! It actually makes me sick that they are still allowed to carry on renting placing with the horrific way …
