No heat or hot water due to neighbour drilling through gas mains. Promised a engineer would be out after 3pm as that was when we would be in. Surprise surprise no engineer, no promised call back, nothing. Electric fire non functional since before we moved in so no heat at all in December.

The people there were really friendly and helped as much as they could,plus everything was pristine and the furniture looked great with the white walls

Friendly staff an service provided by YHC employee’s is excellent but YCH our unreliable with on going PROBLEMS which is a shameful state of affairs

I am with Yorkshire coast homes and they are really helpful when you need them and the staff are very friendly to you.

Absolutely shocking I don’t even want to give them 1 star but minus wasn’t an option

They don’t care about tenants complaints slow to react and nothing gets resolved head of staff need to sort a lot of issues out.
