They take repeated transactions from your bank account for a single parking ticket. Over and over again until you have nothing left. What a mess. No action, just holding statements every day apologising. Then taking more money out. Crazy. Do not visit unless you have money to throw away.

I can only comment on the building as a tourist in the city. Quite an old and very well maintained building. It is located on a pedestrian street. Typical English architecture. There are many shops and cafes around.
