Worst council ever. It is hard to live here in worthing becouse of this council. The ticket man’s are the worst if you have a car.

Regularly use deceptive tactics to ellicit parking fines (hiding parking suspension notices, waiting until morning of suspension to put a adequate signage etc.). Worst council I’ve dealt with!

Phoned at 9:25 and was told to go in. Was a also told it was a walk in and I would be seen this morning. I arrived shortly before 10 to two people waiting to be seen to be told to come back this afternoon. I think this is the most unfriendly and unhelpful CAB I have ever had the displeasure to deal with

Live in worthing has gotten extremely stressful since the council start bieng trash towards its peoples.

Helpful staff but a bit difficult to navigate refurbishment quite good
