Malmesbury Hospital reviews

This team provides a marvellous service. They recently provided palliative care for a relative of mine. My whole family cannot speak highly enough of the GPs and the wider team. Malmesbury is lucky to have such a great team that can maintain standards in spite of the current NHS difficulties. Well done!

I spoke to one of the reception team today (9/12) and she couldn’t have been more helpful. She was caring and patient and her excellent sense of humour made the call a pleasant experience. I wish I’d taken her name. She should be running training courses.

Easy booking via online service. Helpful and patient staff. They even gave me a call to arrange my child’s routine vaccines, which I completely forgot to book.

I have had nothing but excellent service by the staff at the centre, they are willing to help, never had a problem getting an appointment, okay yes you have to wait in the queue but never been more than 10 mins. Great job.

Very poor phones always engaged then when you do get through all fully booked. Offered appointment in 6 weeks time then they wonder why people end up going to AE.

Always professional. Most recent Covid-19 vaccinations expertly processed and completed.

Very nice staff and always very helpful. As long as you call in the morning you can usually get a appointment that day which is excellent. Its the best practice I have been registered to.
