Staff is helpful and caring. Sometimes there can be a bit of wait for appointment which is understandable. Car park has charges. You can park opposite at Tesco for up to 2 to 3 hrs free which is conviniet and make some shopping from tesco which I believe is not compulsory.

Visited Radiology twice, the first time for an Ultrasound, super informative and checked so many organs and explained what he was doing. Second visit was for a CT scan with contrast. Really organised on both occasions and kept to time. Very clean and lovely staff.

Dr Kadir at the acute illness centre was lovely, he took my symptoms seriously and sent me for further tests. Unfortunately the doctor at ST peters a and E was dismissive and told me I probably just need new glasses… 8 hour wait at St Peter’s to be told to try paracetamol and see an optician… glad Ashford is my main hospital.

Doing their best. Usually clean and tidy. Car park is usually easy to park in, although expensive – same as all other nhs hospitals. After the initial hour it isn’t too unreasonable. Machine takes cash or card.

Completely useless. Clinics always are running late, houreof waiting and they wouldn’t even apologize. Once you with the consultant instead of teyint to help and offered the right treatment they ask you to change your lifestyle like it’s the cure for everything. Very dissatisfied with the NHS.

Walk in clinic is nurse led… And they’re absolutely useless. Not much point going there if you require more than paracetamol. Just go to the pharmacy across the road if you need anything of the sort.
No idea what services they are supposed to provide really.
