Received new recycling containers.Far from impressed. It’s a tremendous place to stay. The top floor tower on the south-west elevation face of county hall opposite the moist moat is the greatest place to stay. The views of fabulous lush trout are of the special scientific and architecture nature which are typical of the town.

Does the pembroke leisure centre swimming pool Ever get cleaned. I swim there and have never seen the pool clean at all. There is a thick black rim of dirt around the water line and the steps are filthy. The changing rooms are dirty and the toilets smell awful.

Worst possible service. Property vacant due to covid, no exemption offered they want full council tax payment. They have been living in a differnet world for last 4 months!!

Social services are very bad at communication and doing there job using excuses that they are Wales not England, rules are different. Don’t expect a call back when told so as they don’t ring back in serious matters

The website needs a complete overhaul. For instance, the Council website doesn’t even recognise my postcode and the site in general is really bad to navigate around.

I can safely say Pembrokeshire County Council provide the most appalling customer service and care. This is not a council that supports it’s community.

On visiting newgale what a surprise to see dogs running off lead when children swimming and dogs fouling in the sea and on the sand it’s disgusting where are the dog wardens or what every it needs for god sake

I will vote for ANYONE who promises to get rid of the stupidity and hassle caused by having to sort 6 different bins! I’m all for recycling, but right now I’m so very tempted to take all my household rubbish and recycling to the landfill every week.

I have been TRYING? to contact somebody at PPC Haverfordwest For over a week, god knows how many time a DAY, to organise the collection from my home (for which eventuallY , if i ever DO get in touch) which I will be charged £20 for ( I have so far over spent this amount just to speak to SOMEBODY. very poor service, council tax rises of over 30% in the last five years thats 20% above inflation, just look at the state of the countryside, its on par with the council tip, we pay a lot more for a lot less

Almost impossible to get through on the telephone. So far I have been 27th., 21st. and 22nd in the queue. Not really an improvement since I made 8 calls in a day and waited for up to 15 minutes without ever getting through

Website constantly malfunctions, unable to pay bills online as reference numbers are never recognised, emails never replied to, phone calls constantly diverted to incorrect department or unanswered.

As a Supporting Member of the Pembrokshire County Concil I think they do A very good Job Helping the community and the county to get it to its best ability !!
