Scammers, no point setting up a direct debit ss they dont stick to it and just take what ever they want out of your account.

Had issues when swapping from them to OVO. They tried to say it was my job to manage the change with OVO. I pointed out this was not the case with the “Energy Switch Guarantee”, which I was informed on the phone they don’t adhere to, …
Don’t trust this company. They attempted to charge me and they are not the energy suppliers to my home. I disputed the bill, and over 1 month later they are still sending me bills… utterly disgusting
By far the worst utility company I’ve ever worked with. During switch over they picked the wrong Gas meter so I still got charged by my old supplier.
Customer services close to useless as the think all is ok and continue to ignore my emails – the phone lines are closed until further notice. So all in all a complete disaster.
