Unfortunately they providing worst customer service ever. They sent me a warning to pay my bill, which was paid long time ago. Also they never picking the phone. Every month i need to double check if their “system “ received my payment, otherwise current month balance is getting added to the next bill.

The absolute worst. Their recent price hike is absurd, and significantly higher than a similar district heating network half a mile down the road. The blatant profiteering is disgraceful and I hope regulations are changed to bring them into line.
