Staff are great, but it actually closes at 18:00, not 19:00 as on the website… Or as advertised on the gate when we rocked up at 18:30… Have left garden waste in car overnight. May have to abandon if spiders have claimed it…
I’ve found the Oadby and Wigston council to be extremely helpful from the beginning and they continue to be very efficient with any problems or repairs. All the staff are very helpful and polite, Pete is a great housing officer and everyone I’ve dealt with within the council has been amazing. Thank you for the great work you do!
This is hands down the WORST council I’ve come across. Never empty your bin even if you leave it kerbside. The staff training involves lying as much as you can. The grass waste renewal is a scam and a rip off. Customer services have no idea …
Whenever they want something (usually more money from us) then they’d be quick to act. If we want something from them, then they’re about useful as a chocolate teapot.
