If I could rate 0 I would. Our buyers are using Optima Legal and they have caused so many delays we are about to lose our inwards purchase due to such inefficiencies within their company. They have no sense of urgency, no logical processes and take forever to respond to anyone – if they respond at all. Atrocious.
