42 days today, promised 21st Aug, 28th Sep, now 26th October.
Resolver claim put in yesterday and now legal action will commence unless a refund is in the account today or tomorrow.
Ordered a phone in nov 2020 with 24hr delivery. 4 weeks later still no phone so cancelled the order. After lots of chasing advised that refund would be received by 11th Feb. Guess what????? Still waiting! SCAMMERS
Mine came quite quickly but I think It did say if you havent got your delivery details within 10 days then to call them..

This is shocking I've placed an order on the 3rd December for my daughter's xmas and still it ain't arrived plz be cautious when ordering from them
And mine and the product was exactly wot it said on the tin.

How long does it take for a refundashible phone to come to Ireland
I'm not sure, I bought two phones and they took approx between 1 -10 days,. They were both refurbished I phones and both were in immaculate condition. Pleased with them

It took about 3 weeks for me. We have ordered twice from them. IPhone 7 (Aug) iPhone 6s and a Galaxy s6 (Nov).

sorry to hear about this. we are all in the same boat, although you have paid a lot of money.
Why, when you fail to deliver a phone (in 34 working days) do you refuse to refund immediately when the fault is yours and your customer needs the money back to buy a phone that you failed to deliver?
If Any Retailer refuses a Refund in the event of u returning an item u have bought online or other Valid Claim Jus claim funds Back ?? thru ur Credit Card Provider or Bank 4 debit cards

Can anyone tell me how this shocking company are still trading when they seem to take people's money and not deliver the product paid for ??
I know. I ordered a phone and still haven't received it. Just excuses of staff shortages. Must take a lot of time to post a phone. Wish I had seen all the bad reviews before ordering off them. Why have trading standards not shut them down. They take your money quick enough.
I have not been refunded since May 2020. What is going on?
Do not trust this company, since February I am waiting for a refund and until today they have not done it. They always get another date and nothing.
Why are you not refunding me or others?. Your company should be shut down since you have not refunded my this is against customer rights and is a criminal offense so I will report you to the police and other bodies who protect customers.

In Nov 2020 paid in full for a IPHONEX which you had not supplied by Dec 2020 , why is it you are saying the refund will not be until 25 Jan, and considering all the broken promises in the last two months I am not sure you will ever make a refund
