Dear Ms Pantling, In national situations such as weather heat alerts the council would follow the guidance of central government and also the Environment Agency (EA). The EA has already declared the whole of the UK is in a pre-drought stage. Therefore if a drought is declared it would include temporary bans on the use of hosepipes for watering gardens, cleaning cars or filling paddling pools. As a consequence if a drought stage is declared today or over the next few weeks, then a temporary ban would be in place for filling paddling pools. I have come to the Reigate & Banstead for missing a bin but I leave a big problem from ,3 months my house is leaking me and my family are leaving in I pay rent I call the agency send them photos ,call them email them but no one care we are leaving in empty of water the roof fallen down all the carpets are wet the house is leaking and cold I ask help with all the councils but no one has helped me I am very desperate I didn't know where to asked help that's why I came to the council I still need help will you help me please thanks you
