There are definitely places to park motorcycles. I don't think you have to pay but not certain.

If you call the hospital switch board and be put through to the ward you want to visit, and ask one of the nurses they will tell you if you need to book one or if you can just head up. I am sure most of the wards are still using the booking system online.
