my Swift needs its 3rd annual service - usually at Progress Suzuki at Stony Stratford which is now closed. The nearest dealer is about 12 miles away - too far for us. Can I use a local non-franchised garage without affecting the warranty?
In theory you can, but there are factors that can effect it. For example, if you have a finance agreement, PCP or lease, you may need to use main dealer etc. Dealers are opening now so I'd check, they'll probably be open any time now. 12 miles isn't far though.

I bought a new Suzuki Vitara s about 6 months ago. Over the weekend, I had a puncture and discovered that there is no jack supplied. There is a wheel brace, towing tool and steel rod for raising jack, but no jack. Has anyone one else noticed this?
