Visiting is normally from 2pm to 9pm but check with the website as there are some restrictions

I don't have any problems with either reaching the main switchboard or phoning my case nurse/dept. I can only suggest checking their website and making sure you've got the right number, and are phoning inside working hours. Of it's an individual you're trying to reach, maybe try the main switchboard or their dept general number instead.
