Best furniture store in Wales, staff are very friendly and helpful and also they don’t try pushing sales on you. Very reasonably priced for the quality furniture on offer, all highly regarded manufacturers are on display.

This store may not be the cheapest but its quality and friendly service is exceptional. Have bought much of our furniture from here and if you time your visit right, there are good discounts to be had.

A fabulous experience from start to finish. Natalie looked after us impeccably during our search for a table and chairs. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Our furniture arrived before expected and the delivery men were also extremely helpful and pleasant. I would highly recommend them!

Excellent service by friendly staff, we were encouraged to ask questions about our choice of furniture and were told everything we needed to know. There is a relaxed atmosphere and no pushy staff, but are there when you need them.

Lovely store to visit whether browsing or buying. People say it’s expensive but the service and attention are second to none. Sales staff are never pushy but are always available.

First class service. Staff were friendly but not pushy. The delivery drivers were pleasant and delivered the furniture promptly. Really happy with the sofas and hope to buy with them in the future.

Good quality items on whatever you buy. Staff very very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. However furniture etc does take a long time from ordering to delivery. I assume majority of items are sourced from abroad, hence delays due to bespoke manufacture and transportation.

You get what you pay for. Quality items. It’s not cheap but they last and customer service is the focus so you keep going back.

Excellent selection of all types of furniture. Very good customer service but prices are not cheap but neither is the furniture they sell. Delivery charge is £25 but free if delivered to the store and you can pick it up.

Excellent large 2-storey furniture store for all living rooms/bedrooms. Huge range of everything. Plus wall decorations, mirrors etc., carpets, conservatory furniture and an excellent cafe. Lego tables for children. Whatever you’re after a must visit store.

Beautiful furniture, wonderful service. Never rushed. Quality all the way and an after sales service second to none. No computers used just hand written orders and really great staff.

Social distancing in this store is 6feet. Need to obey Welsh law… It is 2metres unless you use mitigation. We were the only ones using a mask. I taught maths for 40 years. Oldest pupils would now be 62. They were taught metric measurement. Who on earth are ALJ trying to appeal to….. perhaps the over 70’s.

Cafe is superb. Nice food/snacks. Quiet, pleasant helpful staff, a very relaxing break after browsing fab furniture. Toilets spotless.

Took part in their cheese and wine evening. Had already desided to make a purchase. It was a very positive evening to listen to live music and test the new chair, with a plate of biscuits and cheese.

Very good range of stock better than Leekes around the corner. Staff always friendly but not intrusive. Good coffee shop.
