Write a ReviewTerrible. I spent a fortune buying matching mixer taps and they sell a ‘matching’ towel rail which is a completely different colour and customer service make me jump through hoops and then don’t help. Time wasters. Go for another brand – just not worth it.

Appalling customer care. Called 3 times and was given 3 different answers. One said order’s on the way, another one said product out of warranty and I needed to pay, and the 3rd said to take a video of the leak before I could get the spare part. Rubbish. They are the most demoralised, incompetent technical team ever.

Our shower door was faulty, then the replacement was faulty, then it was out of stock for two months. All in all, we couldn’t use our shower for four months. We were promised vouchers as a gesture of goodwill but these never arrived. Bunch of charlatans working in their customer service department.
Horrendous customer service and technical support. Long delay in response, rather than direct your email to the correct dept, they eventually email and ask you to send your email elsewhere in the company. Spares are not supported and no solution offered. They just don’t care.

Totally agree with the poor customer service review below. Been waiting for weeks to get any form of contact. Constantly leaking shower but no one even bothers to contact you.
