OK until the account is locked. happened to me in Australia. Had to use my debit card at great expense. they need to get there IT sorted out. I would not risk it again. money now locked in back in the UK.
Probably the worst card and financial institution to rip off persons to being able to access their funds when requested to close accounts by the company themselves.Best avoided.
