I have been trying to contact Osmaan Ahmed. The automated system just keeps taking messages but no one bothers to respond. I have just left message no 5. At no point can you speak to a person. Therefore the automated system is not fit for purpose. What does it take to speak to a human being.

I would give them less than zero if I could. Silly farce over charging for Green waste. The planning is a waste of time as you can build what you like on certain sites and enforcement on noise nuisance is non existant. A total waste of public funds and should be all voted out.

Before I could pick it up and put it in the bin I was accosted by a woman who said that as I had dropped it she was giving me a fixed penalty. Do you put lit cigarettes in a bin in this heat.
