Bought a new build off Bellway 5 years ago and a lease from their own company. The lease was sold on without leaseholders being asked if they wished to buy first and the plot is now managed by a 1 star rated trustpilot company Mainstay. Calls to Bellway are never returned by the actual people who signed original lease. Be warned.
