The cleaner cleaned a total of 2 minutes cleaning over the 8 hours I was here and then proceeded to moan about how she had to do so much work. The PICU unit here is just brilliant and I will be forever grateful for the care you gave my son. The staff go the extra mile and clearly all love the job.
