The cleaner cleaned a total of 2 minutes cleaning over the 8 hours I was here and then proceeded to moan about how she had to do so much work. The only cleaning she did she left it in the middle of the floor for people to walk through. The most work she did was talk to one woman for a long time and sit down.

The PICU unit here is just brilliant and I will be forever grateful for the care you gave my son. The staff go the extra mile and clearly all love the job. My daughter was admitted into the hospital on Saturday. The nurses and doctors are amazing! We was on PAU and would like the thank all the staff for their help and support!! Good hospital but some staff useless. Meant to call my GP to discuss prescription for my son(GP wouldn’t accept the letter from hospital) and for 4weeks had to call them every few days to ask whether they spoke to my GP but all I heard was just excuses and “we are going to call him today and ring you back”.Waste of my time
