Helpful staff but many products on the website are not available in store. Should definitely introduce a click and collect service, I couldn’t buy an item from the website because I had no safe place to receive it. I wish I could have had it sent to a blacks store then I could have bought the item I wanted

Staff are rude and don’t know what they are talking about. They would say anything to get you to buy something instead of advising you properly. I also overheard another customer returning something they bought because it was ill advised.

Opening times on the door are at foot level, which is not very helpful, Please address this. Other than that they have sales on fairly frequently but don’t expect a lot of knowledge from the JD staff.

We didn’t expect that we bought our jackets at a discounted price. Happy feeling

Always has discounts, good boots for outdoor mountain climbers to formal wear, and even for bikers of heavy weight bike cruisers.

Usually you get the basic service from shop to shop but I was very impressed by this store. I needed to buy a set of clothings and shoes and I got to speak to most of the staff there and every single one of them made us feel so welcome. Brilliant work Ahmed, Peggy, Titch and Carl.

Customer service is amazing. The manager is a good man, amazing variety of products and referrals for places you can get products if they don’t have in store. The shop is well kept, clean and the standards are always perfect. I always enjoy shopping here and make the commute because this is the best blacks shop in London.

Really helpful and patient staff. We spent 2 hours in the store buying a bag and a pair of shoes and the team were really helpful and knowledgeable. I wish I had taken their names so I could mention them directly. The offers in store also meant they were great value.

They have some good discounts at the moment and so we stepped in to have a look and am glad we did. The customer service was excellent. If you give them your email address and accept to them sending the bill to you by email, you are then entitled to a 15% discount next time you shop with them. Credit cards accepted including Amex.

Range is OK, but may not have sizes and staff have no clue when/if they might receive new stock. Disinterested staff downstairs, very slow and generally unhelpful. This was not a fun experience. There is one changing room downstairs which needs to be unlocked and it’s freezing inside.

I enjoyed my time at blacks. When i tried on several pairs of walking boots i got to test them out on several surfaces such as rocks, sand, wood and peoples faces. I then ran out singing the new noel gallagher song whilst also carving a wooden welsh love spoon. I highly recommend Blacks

Staff are helpful but the store is understaffed. There were members on loan for other stores who clearly didn’t know the stock or layout and were of little use.

Travelled across london to buy an osprey farpoint to find the doors locked at 7.25pm and 2 staff refusing to let another customer in and myself in, even though it clearly states 8.00 pm closing. Wont be using blacks again im affraid. Off back across london to catch my train…thanks
