I couldn’t attend a thrice re-arranged gig from 2020, didn’t have my tickets and they 1) answered my email in 5 mins 2) believed me and refunded them straight away and the cash hit my bank account the next day. Quality honest service. Completely unlike Ticketmaster!

Outstanding customer service. I had purchased tickets and needed to ammend my booking. I contacted the team via email, out of hours and they responded as soon as they opened the next morning and sorted everything for me – quickly, easily, no fuss. Excellent customer service. We bought tickets for an event cancelled by covid and Gigantic have rolled these tickets over twice for us. Great communication throughout answering any queries we’ve had. I’d happily use again.

I have received a really efficient service from Gigantic. Had a problem from an event. Event organisers (Let’s Rock) were very tardy in answering my complaint but Gigantic were very helpful in continuing to chase on my behalf and issue a speedy result once they got approval to do so.

I have used Gigantic a few times and have never had any problems. I needed a refund for a cancelled event and the customer service I recieved was exemplary. It was easy for me to contact them and they contacted me back almost straight away. They reimbursed me very quickly. I will definitely use again in the future.

Like previous customers said before, do not buy tickets from this company if you can avoid it. Our tickets to a comedy show got cancelled “due to illness”, and the company will only refund 90£ out of paid 114£ (21%!) because their terms & conditions allow them to. This ticket seller is a scam.

They only returned 81% of the amount I paid for tickets for a cancelled event and have refused to refund the full amount when questioned about it because they’re legally allowed to due to the small print in their Terms and Conditions. Moreover, their customer service team (namely Harry Taylor) is particularly rude.

When shows are cancelled, Gigantic retains a large fraction of the ticket price as “non-refundable fees,” and does not refund their customers for shows that are cancelled or rescheduled.
I will not use them again.
