Excellent treatment, my only problem was parking my car. Car park was full at 10am, so I had to circle around until someone was leaving. Just allow extra time to park when arriving for your appt.

I can’t praise this small local hospital enough. I attended the minor injuries unit today after a bad fall. The whole team of staff were pleasant, helpful and efficient, from reception through to triage, x-ray department and doctors. I was assessed, had x-rays and was done in 2 hours. Totally amazing!!! Best hospital in the entire arun locality. Proper old school, type of place. Like walking back in time. Astounding number of services and ward for what appears to be a small community hospital. I’m not looking forward to my next visit but that shouldn’t cloud ones vision, of how relaxing it makes me feel once through the doors.

Had an appointment last Thursday afternoon, no problems parking on site and was seen a few minutes earlier than my appointment time and dealt with quickly and professionally.

I took an elderly neighbour there today after he fallen and injured his face, he was bleeding profusely.
The service he was given by the Staff was First Class, special mention to Alison and Mark who looked after him.

In before 9 am. Seen in very good time. Efficient. Saw reception, triage and paramedic. Out before 10 am. Rib damage. Good advice.

Been twice, once for stitches, once broken toe. The service, efficiency and politeness is incredible. This is an extremely effective community resource. Thank you all who work there.

Went in because I had fallen and hurt my shoulder/arm the care I received was second to none from the receptionist the nurses and the xray staff and considering how busy it was I was seen quickly and efficiently. All the staff deserve a pat on the back for excellent care .

I was humiliated over an unsubstantiated claim that I had a flea infestation at home and my clothes could be harbouring flea eggs ??? Seriously !!! Totally unprofessionally handled. I never found out who started this disgusting allegation.

I visited yesterday after having a car accident. It was very busy.
