How difficult can it be to amend your council tax bill from 10 months to 12 months…well Preston city council let you listen to every option and then when you get through they say all are advisors are busy call back later.

You can never contact them. When you ring regarding your council tax, you go through the options and then you get an automated message saying they’re busy and it hangs up. Bins have not been collected for two weeks with no way of asking the question as to why. Absolute joke.

What ever problems I’ve had, they are reluctant to help and give ridiculous excuses for incompetent work . Avoid the area at all costs.
