It is impossible to get through on the phone. I have sat on hold for hours! I have also used the “Call back” service which is supposed to save your place in the queue and call you back but I never get called back. I had to take a days unpaid leave for a repair and no one turned up because the person “ran out of time”

I have waited 4 hours for my calls to be answered. Using the call back option is hopeless, they never call back. On one occasion I didn’t get through until the following morning. Only reason I give one star, is because of the staff. When you do eventually get through, they are bloody amazing.

Recently moved into a GH home and the service I have received from all the people I have met fact to face and dealt with on the telephone have been fabalous. They have been polite and extremely helpful. All of them have made me feel very welcomed to the community of Golding Homes and I couldn’t be happier.

This company is a joke constant broken promises about repairs and about dealing with multiple issues with both the property and the estate and they do nothing but quick enough to threaten with eviction if you withhold rent until issues are rectified.
Unfortunately I had to make a complaint about someone who came to house to do a job but I’ve had response ,which is being dealt with and I appreciate that very much
Really happy with my home. I see golding staff cleaning the park area outside regularly and repairs have been as prompt as possible taking into consideration my work commitments.
