I usually look online, see what I like and go to the store to try on. Sometimes I order online with orders easy to return if not right. The staff are always welcoming, they know about the goods they are selling and offer good advise.

i ordered and paid for next day delivery due to needing the item for New Years Eve, however it didnt arrive ! I have emailed the company to give them feedback and no one bothered to get back so went on live chat, all they can do is blame DPD. If you are going to order then dont waste your money on next day delivery !

Paid an extra £10 for overnight delivery which never turned up, now have to wait for the shirt to be returned to them by DPD before they will issue a refund! Broken promises and ZERO customer service!

Outstanding service, I ordered at 12:30pm on Saturday, I paid for next day delivery and it arrived to me at 12:30pm yesterday (Sunday) Given how close it is to Christmas you can never guarantee next day delivery so I am so pleased with the quick turnaround.
