bastadd council bradford CAZ SCAM GOING ON NOW

Tried to cancel a bulk waste collection over the phone when I no longer needed it. Called every day only to keep being told their systems are down and to try contacting them at another time, since I couldn’t cancel I just ended up still being charged on the day for a collection that never got done.

Called them up to sort an issue that has been a pain to sort for a few weeks, spoke to one of the gentleman on their phone lines and it was sorted in 5 minutes. Excellent service, can’t complain

I sent them my email address so they could send me council tax via email.

They misspelt my email address. All they had to do is copy/paste, and they can’t even do that.
