Reported a blocked gutter last month. Nothing was done, now I have a leak in the kitchen as a result of excessive rain pouring onto the wall. Tried to contact brent council using their website, full of useless information and difficult to find information for emergency repair.

Been on hold twice for 45mins. Then managed to speak to someone called Sagal who was absolutely unhelpful, the contractor was useless lied about booking a plumber in for us as we have been without hot water for a week considering there is an elderly person living in the house with several health conditions!!!

BHP is a total caos. Officers change from one week to other. Is imposible to speak with someone who can provide right answers. Contacting them by phone is a waste of time holding the line for ages and later being tranfer throw departments and officers that have no clue.

Arrive at Brent Civic Center. On the phone for 35 minutes. Somebody is sent down. Waiting for 20 minutes. Only payment accepted is £22.50 Postal Order for new key. Something is clearly wrong here.
