came back from a weekend break because I felt really poorly.
visited the walk in centre on a Bank holiday Monday plus it was a nurses strike day. I was in and out within the hour diagnosed with urine infection and given antibiotics. Fantastic service by really nice staff.

I got really poorly with a chest infection on Saturday night. Went to Ripley Hospital on the Sunday morning. The help and treatment I received was outstanding. From the reception staff to the two nurses (J and J) who diagnosed and prescribed medicine for me. Professionalism, kindness and dedication. Thank you so much.

Went on sunday morning suffering with an infection in my eyes. From the very helpful lady who booked me in, through to the nurse i saw, you’re a credit to the service, you made me feel at ease. I was in and out within a matter of minutes.

I haven’t attended this hospital on this occasion anyway, however, when ringing up and enquiring, the lady was so lovely and pointed me in the direction I needed, helped me with different phone numbers to ring, really appreciated it, thank you so much.

Been this morning with very big gash on finger nurses were excellent went at 8am out 855 gave me good advice and cleaned and dressed wound made me feel at ease they cared that made a big difference recommend this hospital to everyone sorry I didn’t get their names lady dark hair glasses and student nurse from derby

Had a blood test today. I must say that the staff was very friendly and l was in and out of there within ten minutes. Very good.

Went to Ripley Hospital this morning at 8am. Great patient care, seen very quickly, very friendly staff.

The Minor Injuries Unit is brilliant at Ripley Hospital. Wonderful, caring staff that make you feel welcome and put you at your ease.

I went with a broken ankle, didn’t know till they did an x-ray. they were so friendly and helpful. they even phoned a taxi for me.

Easily parked and entered, short wait, efficiently run with pleasant staff.

Went with my wife…she went in on time and no queue

What an amazing experience the care and excelente customer service is without a doubt just the best.
