The tour is well organised and your group will get to try everything worrying about being first through each door. Playground is great for kids of all ages. I would recommend eating outside rather than in the cafe for value for money.
Get an early tour time and it’s a decent half day. More
This was a good experience, would recommend. There’s a variety of interactive stuff during the self tour. There’s not much chocolate-y things to do more history. The whole experience is accessible to all. There were subtitles and an …

I loved this place. It was so well done and the tour was informative. It had alot of information packed in but in small bits at a time. Info was hands on. We received free chocolate and tasters. We also had lunch at the cafe there which was also good.
I’ve been several times and although it’s a long way for us to travel we had a fantastic time. There is lots of interaction throughout the day which kept my 5 year old son entertained. Extremely excellent experience with the child in us. Enjoyed this lovely educationally informative time. Would recommend that all children must visit this place with their families or friends. Thanks again.

Loved it. Plenty of interactive experiences. The smell of chocolate tempted my tastebuds in the shop. During school holidays be prepared to queue for entry at your allocated time. For all chocolate lovers out there this is a must see tourist attraction. Friendly staff.

Cadbury World is a one-way indoor trail that leads you through years of advertising and branding to eventually lead you to their store. While it’s clever, it’s not for young kids with no patience. …
I visited 20 years ago, and the factory was closed for summer break.
I was expecting more TBH. The rides ok, tasting and exhibition ok. But tour quick, if you go early to avoid queues. The 4d cinema is a trek round the back, …

Amazing value for money and lots to do. My children aged 1 and 5 loved it. I’d highly recommend!! Friendly staff. It did get a little busy when arriving but once through the entrance it all went smoothly !
Had an excellent day out with kids. Very organised and lots to do. Kids had fun. The tour takes time and it’s worth the price. The 4D ride was good but at our time was a touch out of sync. Pantomime was great. Other play areas were good too. More
We had a great day. The staff were lovely and helpful all the way through. My son required a first aider and Maddie came and helped him, calmed us all down and reassured us she was around if we needed any further help. We attended the character afternoon tea. The staff couldn’t have been more engaging and the food was nice too. More
Absolutely brilliant, can’t fault it, kids (and adults) loved every minute and were (thank goodness😂) completely tired out by the end of the day. Only one bit of advice for those who think the 2-4 hours they advise is enough, it deffinetly …

A great place for family day out. My 4yo absolutely loved it he can’t wait to go back again. Didn’t have chance to visit their cafe as it was too busy on Sunday. Free chocolate bars at the entrance and chocolate powder is cheaper than supermarkets! More
A good day out, I was concerned that the kids (7,4) would find it a bit boring, I was imagining a factory tour, it was far from it, 2 nice hands on experiences to try, a little ride and a great 4d ride that the kids loved, all included in …
Absolutely loved it here, so did my children. As imaginable it was extremely busy, but on the whole it was a lovely experience. Thoroughly enjoyed it More

Great place for children and adults alike. Lovely white hot chocolate whilst the kids played in the park. Good exhibition and stories about how Cadbury is what it is today.
My partner and I visited Cadbury World as two grown adults and really enjoyed our morning out. It’s definitely (obviously) aimed at children so it’s less museum-style and more interactive play. We missed out on some of the history because …
It’s a really wonderful experience, but for kids – as an adult you might not enjoy it as much as they mostly show videos of what it is like to have a brand with a history of its own! They’ve also got the biggest Cadbury shopping centre in the UK.
This is an honest review from both an adult and a child perspective. This is the first time ever we visited Cadbury world with the character afternoon tea add on. …

Decent day out; not as many tastings as I remember and any extras are pricey but a good one for the kids. Highlights included Cinderella panto and meeting the caramel bunny
It’s my 2nd time to Cadbury World after more than 10 years. This time we brought our two boys 12 and 7. I didn’t expect much; my eldest read mixed reviews and was managing his own expectations. For the youngest, it’s his first time so was …
It was surprisingly busy so you have to queue for most activities though gets quieter later. We did afternoon tea at 3;45 and went to 4D cinema with no queue. Earlier the queue was quite long. The afternoon tea had characters best suited …
What’s not to love. Felt like a child again on a school trip great. Very informative and interesting . Staff were fantastic . Early morning ticket advised . Very busy later More
I thought it would be a better place to visit with more fun things to do. Lot of waiting between attractions, and they are way too short. Maybe thru the summer kids will have more fun in outside playground but overall it’s one time go …
This factory is huge, plenty to do, book the tour! Good food, chocolate shop is great value, massive foot long bars of dairy milk, £5. For a choco-lover this place is a must
Slightly chaotic on arrival as we were directed to the wrong queue but otherwise we loved it! Spent much longer in the main exhibition than anticipated. Museum hard to find as I think any signs were under plastic (pic attached) while the …
Bit disappointing really. Maybe I had high expectations of seeing a mass production line of creme eggs and dairy milks being made but no. If you are expecting a factory tour then it nothing like! …
Good fun place.. Tour will last for around couple of hours.. It is worth a visit with the kids.. But chocolate world in York is much better than Cadbury world More
Amazing place and experience for all ages! The tour itself took around 2 hours and includes chocolate tasting. There’s plenty to do after the tour with the 4D cinema and shop. More
