Telephone lines turned off to emergency answer phone 20 mins before office closes ?
Poor service , recycling not picked up twice now , in last two weeks , what are we paying our council tax for ?

Very poor service on collection of the bins, 2nd week running that it hasn’t been emptied
cancelled council tax online and they have taken another payment.
Views of staff and residents are ignored.
