I attended Calderdale Royal for a Lumbar Puncture. The staff were lovely and helpful. The procedure itself, after the local anaesthetic was fine and not at all painful. I had my own room and bathroom and was given lunch and drinks. The whole procedure was not as bad as I thought it would be and all of the staff were great.

I think you should build bigger wards.
For instance , the ward 8B is so small that the nurses are struggling to hide away from patients.

They only care about their paychecks, even worse they call you an outright liar or disregard health issues.
