Call Assist were happy to cover me for collecting my car from my home with detached exhaust to my preferred garage about 9 miles away for repairs to be done. Straightforward and quick response.

Flat battery. Had to call out twice because first person didn’t tell me how long I needed to drive to charge the battery and so I didn’t drive long enough. But otherwise, the service and the response times were excellent. Very glad I was allowed to have the second call out for the same problem and very happy overall.

Reviews were awful wait times charges used AA Recovery a little more expensive but call assist are only sending a breakdown Company to you who will charge for works. The AA will recover you home or to a garage with no additional charges.

I enjoy working at Call Assist, I have worked my way from a Rescue Co-ordinator to Assistant manager in 9 years, I have always earned a good pay with Overtime. Everyone is pleasant and there is plenty of support from directors and management.

Despite spending alot of money with these people and having a premium policy refused to come out to me as I was within 1 mile of where I live by a measly 200 metres. Avoid like the plague no humanity flexibility or consideration whatsoever.
