They don’t deserve 1 star!!! I had huge problems with these thieving lying fraudsters back in 2015. Took about £800 from me and I received nothing in return. Wouldn’t even answer the phone. Had to give up on getting my money back or service. Returned to BT. STEER WELL CLEAR!!!!

Do not touch this company. They may not be legitimate. They randomly debit money (even though the account is closed). They pretend to ‘investigate the error’ and promise to repay the amount but never do. Beware.

Do not use. Signed my elderly father up for hugely expensive broadband he’s never used. The payments have gone up and up and impossible to contact them.
