Absolutely appalling service, and its not even as if you can choose another supplier to change to. Customer service is shocking, wouldn’t even allow me to log an official complaint even though the website clearly states the process to do so. I’d give zero stars if I could!
Trying to get details as to why my broadband is down in Durham openreach refuse to talk unless it’s a life threatening safety issue. And service provider say they can’t contact openreach directly for updates.

Without doubt the worst service I’ve ever experienced. 6 engineers booked, none have turned up (with no text or communication). We’ve complained and had it escalated, with still no joy. But we’re trapped, because apparently they are the only company can do it. Absolutely awful

If the laziness & excuse was a colour, BT OPENREACH is the rainbow.
Out of 4 installs – they failed all 4. Some claimed they are under qualified, some claimed they were not trained to do the task nor given the right info.
No one turned up for to appointments twice, government should open up contract to diffuse monopoly and maybe then it would be run with a sense of care and attention.
Unprepared, not prior survey of the area before arriving to the site, lack/no communication.
First impression poor and shoddy let’s hope they can deliver when they finally get around to it….
