Rip off at the till, scanning the expensive bag twice and ignoring the discounted prices. I only realised it after returning home. Everyone please be aware of this and check your bills at the till.

very disappointed as my 3/4 of my order was cancelled. No communication until order was on way. I i had known i would have cancelled the remaining item as postage wasn’t worth it…it wouldn’t have hurt if they had offered an alternative rather than saying nothing…

Quite a large store with a good selection of reasonably priced items. Includes, child section, womens wear and home. I bought a pink leather floral make up bag which, was only £18. Store staff were friendly and answered any questions I had.

Absolutely loving the new Disney range especially the Snow White and Alice in Wonderland range. The guinea pig range is really cute too.

The store at Cheshire oaks has just reopened after being closed a few months. I visited Cheshire oaks and was delighted when I seen it was open!
I found so many bargains. I also found great gifts to put away for Christmas. The staff are really helpful and friendly.

Poor, ordered 7 days ago for a trip today, didn’t bother shipping early enough to match 3 to 5 working days, 7 days later still no shipment????? Not happy at all

Clean and bright. A lovely shop to be dragged around by your partner looking for that perfect gift for the mother.

Difficult to find prices, there is no flow to the shopping experience and has not been layed out in a way to keep a safe distance from others.
