Excellent mattress. However after a glitch with delivery and some missing instructions I had to contact Simba. Their customer response and ultimately their support were second to none. Addressed my issues, explained a possible reason, promised to improve from the hitches and totally satisfied my concerns. Great customer service.

Excellent service from Simba. I wasn’t fully satisfied with the Hybrid mattress I bought. They’ve agreed an upgrade to a PRO (the extra price paid by me but with a free mattress protector thrown in by them) after rapid and helpful advice. Wow, while there was a fault with the Mattress , after 5 years SIMBA had no problems replacing it under their guarantee. They were prompt, didn’t even question quibble the guarantee after they had received all the details. Highly recommend SIMBA comfortable, breathable with amazing customer service !
