Just sat in the waiting room waiting for my mam to have an x-ray. And the lady Dianne who works here is just a beautiful human being, listening to the way she talks to and helps every single patient. I wish everyone at the NHS had the same care for their patients as she does.

Got an appointment to go hear for my daughter only to travel from South Shields to here only to be told that the doctor had moved to Durham hospital and didn’t inform us waste of time

Spoke to a girl called Jessica Reed, absolutely shocking attitude! Should not be working in an environment where empathy is a must! I have made a complaint in the way she dealt with me

A&E Pedeatrics service tonight was so poor. Not the staffs fault, but clearly something wrong when no one is being seen and wait times are at least 8-10 hours. Someone gave up after a 14 hour wait.

The team at the Hospital are fantastic. My Dad was on Ward 1 and every one of the staff were first class. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. True professionals especially given everything that they have gone through during the pandemic. Thank you so much.

I cannot begin to praise the nursing staff and doctors enough on the gynaecology ward at Chester le Street Hospital. They were lovely down to earth caring folk, total humanistic approach. They treated me with dignity and respect throughout a painful and emotional procedure. A big shout out and a big thankyou.

Can not thank the staff on ward 1 enough for the care given to our father during his time on this ward. All of the staff are very caring, attentive and nothing was too much trouble for them.

It appears to be a fairly modern hospital and as such has very poor ventilation with few windows that can be opened in the OP areas. Given the current situation with covid, this is something to consider in terms of ventilating areas where people who are more vulnerable to viruses will congregate

Only 6 disabled parking bays, which do up very quickly. Aside from that I can’t fault the place. Very helpful & friendly staff.

We were kept by the reception staff for 20 mins when we asked for directions because my wife was not born in the UK she has been here for many years all of them working very sad in this day and age

I was there yesterday and everyone (nurses, reception staff, etc) were outstanding!

Close to Chester le St good for seen doctor etc coffee shop meals sweet distable parking as well.

It was easy to get to the staff were very helpful at the main point and the service was very good and friendly

local hospital providing community medical services to Chester -le-Street and surrounding areas.

Its a small HOSPITAL all of the staff are very friendly and helpful .
