green bins not emptied this week a bit of paper stuck to the bins is the answer to a multi million pound concern they blew off in the high winds mind you one advantage.we could get in our drive usualy closed of with ampty green bins

They do not like answering the phone! I rang the number only to be played some music and when the music had finished the call was cut off! Previously I have phoned them only to be transferred from department to department! They are not interested in people, they just want money for nothing!

The councillors are ignoring my phonecalls because I have evidence of involvement of local government corruption.

When I write an email pointing out big issue on my street, each time I get a automatic reply promising someone to contact me, but no one ever does! Interestingly enough Council Tax is going UP! Something never missed!

The two caretakers John and Mick at Jarvis House could not have been more helpful. I was moving large amounts of black sacks and they came with a trolly and made my life 100% easier. Thank you so much.

Impossible to get through on the phone to make an appointment. The phone just rang constantly for 10 minutes then I was cut off !! Phoned back immediately and the phone was engaged ! Just how many staff to answer the phone ? Even if there was an answerphone to let you know if you are in a queue???

Excellent for overnight parking right in town centre. £2.60 from 18:00 to 08:00, CCTV in operation as well.

Very poor attitude by housing and rents towards people with disabilities, no empathy at all, am registered with amnesia, but after getting confused and explaining that to them, I was told “well you aught to write things down then!”

You can’t please everyone all the time, but they are trying to make improvements to the City.
In such a large organisation you are always going to idiots, but don’t tar them all with the same brush.

Great place to try and sort out things to do with ur rent and other stuff

A rubbish website, all information on parking permits leads to pages that aren’t recognised and apparently don’t have an url.
